An online course for women 40 and over in Mexico. Thirteen lessons, one per lunation, with what the clinical guidelines say, and a journal you keep with the Moon. At the end you have a year of your own notes and a summary for your appointment.

We don’t diagnose or prescribe. We give you clear information, with its source, so your conversation with your doctor is a better one.

How it works

01

Every day, one minute

You note bleeding, sleep, mood, energy and the symptoms you had. The journal shows you the Moon’s phase and the sign it is passing through.

02

Each lunation, one lesson

Thirteen lessons, from what perimenopause is to how to talk about treatments with your doctor. When the lunation closes you review your notes with one question per phase.

03

At the end, a full circle

Thirteen lunations cover the twelve months clinicians use to confirm menopause. You print a summary and take it to your appointment.

What’s included

  • 13 lessons, one per lunation

  • Daily journal with the Moon: phase and sign

  • A review at the close of each lunation

  • The circle of 13 lunations, filled in with your days

  • Printable summary for your appointment

  • Supplements table: what the evidence says, selling nothing

  • Warning signs: when to see a doctor soon

Two layers, always apart

  • **What the clinic says.** Guidelines and standards cited by name and date: Mexico’s NOM-035-SSA2-2012, the IMSS Clinical Practice Guideline, The Menopause Society and the FDA, among others. We tell you how strong the evidence is and where sources disagree.
  • **Symbol and rhythm.** The Voynich manuscript, the Moon and traditional herbal lore, as history and as an image for your journal. This layer **never** gives health advice, and it always tells you whether something is visible on the folio, comes from a book, or is our reading.

Questions

Does it replace my doctor?

No. The course doesn’t diagnose or prescribe. It prepares you for the appointment: what to ask, what to note and which signs shouldn’t wait.

What happens to my data?

What you write in the journal is **sensitive** health data under Mexican law. That is why we ask for your express consent before storing it, we only use it to show you your own journal and summary, you can delete it whenever you want, and **we don’t use it to train artificial intelligence**. The details are in the privacy notice.

Do you sell supplements?

No. We neither sell nor recommend them. The course table only reports what the evidence says about each one and its risks, so you can discuss it with your doctor.

Does the Voynich say how to treat menopause?

No. No one has been able to read the Voynich manuscript. We use it as symbol and as history: the history of knowledge about women’s bodies that was often hidden. The images are public domain and come from Yale University, which holds it.
